Rental Homes

The minimum rental period for single family homes on Sanibel Island is usually one month and on Captiva Island it's usually one week.  

Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday and monthly rentals from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

Condos may be rented for shorter periods on both Sanibel and Captiva.
